Canteen Stores Department-Gri is a mobile application developed to serve as a one-stop platform for the consumers to submit feedback or complaints regarding the quality of the products, or the prices charged for the same. This application enables the consumers to send their feedback or suggestions to the concerned department, which will then be forwarded to the appropriate person for a proper action to be taken. In addition, the application also provides information regarding the products that the consumer has bought from the canteens.
The app is developed to enable the consumers to easily submit their feedback or complaints, without going through the trouble of submitting a written complaint.
